Terms of service
Effective 2026-09-22. The registered business entity behind this site is named here before checkout opens — see the notice below.
1. Who we are
harleymotorcycleparts.com (“we”, “us”) is operated by the business identified in the notice at the top of this page. We sell aftermarket parts that fit Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Harley-Davidson, Inc. Trademarks named on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a part fits.
2. Using the site
You may use the catalogue, the search and the maintenance guides for your own purposes, personal or commercial. You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the catalogue or the guides; resell or republish our content as your own; attempt to interfere with the site or gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to; or use the site to break the law.
3. Catalogue information and fitment
Part descriptions, specifications, photographs and fitment data come from manufacturer and distributor catalogue data. We publish it in good faith and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every entry is complete, current or free of error. Fitment data is guidance, not a guarantee. Mid-year production changes, superseded numbers and previous modifications to a motorcycle can all put a bike outside what a catalogue expects. You are responsible for confirming a part suits your motorcycle before ordering, and we will help if you ask.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; availability is not guaranteed. If a price or a listing is obviously wrong — a pricing error, not a bargain you dislike in hindsight — we may cancel an affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you why.
5. Orders, payment and delivery
At the effective date above, checkout is not open and no orders can be placed through this site. Before the first order can be taken we will publish the terms that govern ordering, payment, shipping, returns and warranty, and those terms will form part of this agreement. Until then, nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
6. The maintenance guides
Our guides are general information for people working on their own motorcycles. They are not a substitute for the factory service manual for your model, and they are not professional advice. Motorcycle work carries real risk — particularly anything touching brakes, fuel, or the electrical system. Work within your competence, follow the manufacturer’s torque and safety specifications, and get a qualified technician where it matters. You act on your own judgement.
7. Accounts and your garage data
My Garage is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot restore it, and clearing your browser data will clear it. See the privacy policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site or its information, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law that applies to you.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes — most obviously when checkout opens. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading. Material changes will be flagged on the site, not slipped in quietly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction — save that if you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the place you live.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected], or through the contact form.
